Minimum energy standards for homes
ExHA is calling for a massive overhaul of the energy performance of our homes. This will require significant investment; a national retrofit programme; and the introduction of a minimum energy performance standard for all private homes at point of sale or rental. This paper focusses on the last of these - minimum standards.
